Oven fries are simply amazing. It’s like a fancy french fry that isn’t fried. So, I guess that makes it healthy…as long as you don’t eat too many.
Ingredients:
Idaho Potatoes (plan on at least one per person)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut potatoes into wedges and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until browned, turning once during cooking, about 40 minutes.
These were really good when you made them. I think I could have eaten that whole plate myself.
